This is my food philosophy. Conservateur is the french translation of additives, and a food conservateur is one who is concerned with the tactics used by the food industry to remove food from its natural state which affects our health. I embody a lifestyle of curating real, whole food, plant-strong approaches to healthy eating, which I share with you on my Instagram. As a food conservateur, my deep rooted passion is to inspire others like you to adopt, enjoy and maintain positive habits which allow you to manage your weight effortlessly. My coaching approach is functional and individualized, and I can’t wait to share my knowledge with you on an enlightening journey rooted in quality; nourishing your mind, body and our planet.
Jess is so knowledgeable and helpful. I sought her advice when I needed some help with nutrition and resetting my body. She asked a lot of very insightful questions, and made great suggestions, that were tailor made for my needs at the time. She is very approachable. The solutions she came up with felt like joint solutions based on my own knowledge (or lack thereof!) and her gentle but very educated approach. I would highly recommend her!
Jess’ program was the first of any cleansing program or weight loss I had ever partaken in. Needing to get out of old habits of eating and drinking, this was ideal for resetting my metabolism and mindset. The bonus of losing over 6kg during the program was great news but the fact that it was so easy and fit into my busy schedule, and the fact I had no cravings or feelings of hunger for the 10 consecutive days was the big surprise. After the 9 days I felt light, less lethargic and I did feel an actual reset had occurred in my food needs. Even weeks after working with Jess, I still had no desire for foods I now know are not healthy and opted for a light snack rather than a hearty meal. I would expect to lose my way again due to social events and parties in my busy life, but I plan to do the program once or twice a year to get back on track again. Great program and products, which gave me the love for avocado with cracked sea salt and lemon!
